Security system and services: Intruder alarm, CCTV, door entry systems installation, maintenance and monitoring and keyholding response for Schools
We work in partnership with Avert consultants who manage over 50 schools in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets to maintain, service and provide 24-hour alarm system monitoring as well as keyholder response all year round.
When working with schools, we can accommodate special requirements where necessary. For example, we can carry out routine servicing and maintenance during school holidays and half-terms to minimise disruption during term time. For emergency servicing, most of Capstan’s engineers have been CRB checked as an extra requirement.
Building strong relationships with school staff is crucial to maintain the high standards of customer service we pride ourselves on. Due to the size and complexity of systems, we aim to send the same engineers to site where possible to guarantee continuity in service and a quick response.
