We can provide a 24-hour alarm monitoring service from our parent company Banham’s award-winning Alarm Receiving Centre. This offers peace-of-mind alarm response services for a wide range of emergency situations from fire, flood and burglary through to power failure and personal panic alarm activation.
We work closely with the police for those customers who want police response services, or we can contact you or your nominated keyholder direct if your alarm is activated. Please ask us for more details about the emergency response services we provide and the police requirements that have to be met if a police response service is required.
Do you provide keyholding services?

For smaller domestic and business customers, the main front door should have a BS3621 Kitemarked 5, 6 or 7 lever mortice lock or cylinder mortice lock together with a cylinder rim deadlock also Kitemarked to BS3621.
For side and back doors, you should fit a 5, 6 or 7 lever BS3621 mortice lock together with top and bottom security bolts.
What additional security is available for doors?
We can supply and fit deadlatches, hinge bolts, steel reinforcing strips, steel sheets, anti-bandit gates, door chains and grilles for any glass panes.
What about windows and patio doors?
Windows are most vulnerable to forced entry, especially at the rear of the house. Fit window locks to all ground and upper floor windows where necessary, particularly where there is a flat roof, drainpipe or similar.
Always fit appropriate key-operated locks to the top, bottom and centre (if necessary) of French doors and patio doors.
Roof lights can be secured with locks and/or grilles.
How can I make windows and French doors even more secure?
We can supply a range of aesthetically pleasing grilles, collapsible gates or continental shutters.
How can I secure outbuildings and garages?
These often contain equipment and tools that would be useful to a burglar, so ensure they are secured with a suitable mortice lock or padlock.
We can also advise on robust and secure roller doors with remote control to maximise your garage security.
