We offer excellent value-for-money maintenance and monitoring contracts for alarm systems.
These include attendance once or twice a year (depending on the system) to fully check sensors, system coverage, and to detect any damage. Batteries are also tested.
Maintenance and Monitoring Contracts
In addition to the above, these also include remote testing using our sophisticated technology as well as a personal visit from our in-house engineer to thoroughly check the full system.
You can also book an engineer to attend and check your system within four hours of your call.
We offer four types of monitoring contract depending on your requirements:
- Bells only
- Alarms with keyholding response for intruder only
- Alarms with keyholding response to panic button activation
- Full police response.
You can nominate a keyholder, or if you prefer, ask about the professional keyholding services provided by our sister company.
How are the Alarms Monitored?
We can provide a 24-hour alarm monitoring service from our parent company Banham’s award-winning Alarm Receiving Centre. This offers domestic and commercial customers peace-of-mind alarm response services for a wide range of emergency situations from fire, flood and burglary through to power failure and personal panic alarm activation.
All fully monitored equipment permanently connected to our Alarm Receiving Centre carries a lifetime parts guarantee (conditions apply).
We work closely with the police for those customers who want police response services, or we can contact you or your nominated keyholder direct if your alarm is activated. Please ask us for more details about the emergency response services we provide and the police requirements that have to be met if a police response service is required. We can also ensure that your maintenance and monitoring contract complies with any insurance requirements.
